This weekend I had the privilege of having Cesar Rodriguez, a seven figure income earner and Founder of the B10xB movement, train my team. This man is so inspirational and I just love what he is doing so much! This post is a shout out to him and all the lives he is changing!!
For those of you who don’t know, the B10xB movement stands for “Be Ten Times Bolder” and it’s all about being bolder in your business and in your life. Being bold means trying new things and getting out of your comfort zone and into the boldness zone.
We all live with a voice inside our head that feeds us fear when we’re about to step out into something new. That little voice makes us doubt who we are and what we’re capable of. Often we just chicken out.
The B10xB movement changes all that. It replaces the fearful voice. It’s so simple, you ask yourself just one question whenever you have a decision to make. Ask yourself this: “What would I do if I was ten times bolder?” Whatever your answer is, you go do that. No excuses, just go out there and do it!
It is so important to try new things and to “flex that boldness muscle” (as Cesar would say!) so that we become better, bolder versions of ourselves. People who have success did not get to where they are today by listening to the fearful voice!!
Boldness lies within each of us and we can only become bolder by practicing. When you try new things and take that leap of boldness, it will get easier the next time. Eventually, choosing boldness will become second nature to you.
So, next time you are stuck trying to gather up the courage to talk to someone new or try something new, ask yourself the B10xB question and see what happens. Your world is going to change!!!
I’ve been living the B10xB lifestyle for quite a while now and it has transformed the way I do business. Instead of letting fear or doubt stop me from trying something new, I live boldly and make every decision based on that million dollar question. So step out and live boldly. This is the most important thing you can ever do to change your life.
If you’re interested in learning more about the B10xB movement check out the website here. Cesar also has a new podcast that you can listen to! It’s called “Be Ten Times Bolder” and you can find it anywhere you listen to podcasts, or click here for Apple Podcasts.
