How to Be Teachable

Instead of writing a full post today, I decided to create a fun little quiz. It’s called the “How Teachable Are You?” Quiz.

But first, I just want to say why being teachable is so important. Being teachable doesn’t mean that you have to do what everybody tells you to do. It doesn’t mean you just go with the flow. Sometimes you’ll need to make the tough decisions and be strong enough to know you’re making the right choice.

There is a big difference between being teachable and being a pushover.  To be teachable means you know all about your strengths. It means you are confident and strong and powerful. But it doesn’t end there.

To be teachable, you also know your weaknesses and you aren’t afraid to ask for help. You’ve learned that you aren’t always right and you don’t know everything. You can accept criticism without getting defensive and be confident enough to praise other people for their strengths.

Being teachable brings people together. It helps build trust when we realize we’re all able to bring something to the table because we are all unique. So, are you someone who is teachable? Use the quiz below to find out now!
